In the third quarter of 2025, the performance of tabletop board games on the Android platform in Romania presented varied trends across popular titles. According to data from Sensor Tower, here’s a closer look at the top five games.

Tic Tac Toe - 2 Player XO by CDT Puzzle Studio saw its weekly downloads fluctuate, starting at around 3.6K in early July and dropping to a low of 541 in early September, before rising again to approximately 3.7K by the end of the quarter. The weekly active users also showed variability, beginning with 67.6K and experiencing a dip to 45.3K, then climbing back to 73.1K.

Rummy 45 - Remi Etalat from Remi-Online.ro maintained a stable revenue stream, peaking at approximately $1.9K in the final week of September. Weekly downloads increased significantly towards the end of the quarter, reaching 3.6K. Active user numbers grew steadily from 39.3K to over 51.3K.

Backgammon - Board Game by Easybrain experienced a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting from 1.9K and falling to 564 by quarter's end. Active users mirrored this trend, decreasing from 10.1K to 8.3K.
